Terms of Service — Axiom Trade

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or any products offered by Axiom Trade (operated by T.I.R. Traffic Services Ltd, registered in Israel), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services in any capacity.

2. Description of Services

Axiom Trade provides wholesale import and distribution services for automotive parts, body panels, wheels, rims, and related components. Our services include:

Wholesale sourcing and procurement of automotive parts from international manufacturers
Logistics, customs clearance, and freight management
Account management and after-sales support
Product consultation and catalog access

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business entities — distributors, retailers, repair shops, fleet operators, and traders. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a commercial capacity and not as a private consumer.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices quoted are wholesale prices and subject to change without notice. A quote is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Confirmed orders are binding. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply per product category.

Note: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written quote.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined on a per-client basis and stated in the invoice or contract. Standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% prior to shipment. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until full payment is received.

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), and other methods as agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and Risk

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery point or upon handover to the carrier, whichever occurs first. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty and Returns

We warrant that all goods conform to the agreed specifications at the time of shipment. Claims for defective goods must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, replace the defective goods or issue a credit note.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of T.I.R. Traffic Services Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Tel Aviv district.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
